下箱体是大型隔膜泵的主要部件之一,它是整个隔膜泵的基础部件。实际使用中的作用是非常主要的,加工过程比较复杂,特别是十字头滑块的轨道面加工,公差尺寸非常严格。实际使用过程中还需要把合导板,使得这个轨道面的加工难度类似于长轴孔的加工难度。针对隔膜泵下箱体在镗床加工过程中,镗杆加工圆跳动的问题,我们在实际生产加工中,借鉴支承镗削法的原理,通过合理的计算和反复的试验,制作全新的镗杆和小刀架,确保下箱体导板把合面在镗床的加工能够顺利完成,从根本上解决镗杆摆浮产生的圆跳动。

Lower housing is one of main parts , the base of the large diaphragm pump . It is very important to application in practice and very complex to working , especially the working tolerance of the track sur-face of cross fitting slid is strict . The cross fitting slid must assemble to guide in practice , so the working difficult of track surface as same as macro -hole . In working , we solve the problem completely of circle run-out because of cutter bar swing by referring to the fundamental of support cutting , computing and testing again and again , making new cutter bar and little cutter frame . The working is completed success-fully about contact surface of lower housing guild .
