摘要
在金属结构件的实际生产过程中,经常会遇到这样的问题;即金属结构件中机加部位的板厚尺寸在机加后的实际板厚尺寸与图纸设计的板厚尺寸存在偏差。当机加后实际板厚尺寸小于图纸设计的板厚尺寸时,因为强度受到影响,零件必须修复以保证强度不被削弱。因此该类产品返修率高,利用厚板原理可降低该类产品返修率。
