摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,我国矿井提升机控制系统中以大量地采用高新技术,目前所设计的大型矿井提升机都使用了可编程序控制器,所有的控制逻辑和控制数据都由可编程序控制器集中处理和控制,本文通过对PLC控制技术的了解和实际应用,针对矿山交流提升机中限速保护控制环节的原理进行理论分析,并结合实际对原有PLC的程序进行修改完善,最终解决了生产中存在的问题,使系统运行更加安全稳定。
With the continuous development of science and technology , the mine hoist control system with a large number of adoption of high and new technology , at present the large mine hoist is designed using the programmable controller , all the control logic and control data by programmable controller centralized pro-cessing and control , based on the understanding of the PLC control technology and practical application , in view of the mine ac hoist speed protection control links in the principle of the theory analysis , and com-bined with the actual to modify the original PLC program is perfect , finally solved the problems existing in the production , make the system more safe and stable running .
