摘要
以数控CKA6763车床为例,介绍了FANUC-0i数控系统运用CIMCOEdit软件通过USB-RS232转接线和传输电缆,实现笔记本电脑与数控机床的通讯过程,实现了数控机床上传和下传程序的功能。缩短了辅助时间,提高了机床利用率。
Based on NC CKA6763 lathe as an example , This paper introduces the FANUC -0i NC numerical con-trol system using CIMCOEdit software through the USB to RS 232 tie-line and transmission cables , realizes the notebook computer and NC machine tools of communication process , Implements the function of NC machine tools to read and punch the program , Shorten the auxiliary time , improve the utilization rate of machine tools .
