摘要
为解决端盖和中空轴的精加工问题,在立车上增加了砂带机装置,以满足零件精度及粗糙度的要求。应用过程中,有很多不完善的地方,特别是端盖和中空轴的根部R处精加工的干涉问题,通过砂带机的优化设计,最终解决了普通立车精加工端盖和中空轴的问题,扩大了立车的加工能力。
In order to improve the fine finishing technique , the vertical lathe is quipped with grinding belt device , but some incomplete results emerge during the application process , specially the interference prob-lems of the root radius of the end cover or hollow shaft . After the optimization design of grinding belt device , this kind of problem has been solved , and the working ability of vertical lathe has been improved a lot .
