摘要
开展针对有关煤炭应急物流的研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。目前,这一方面的研究几乎空白。文中首先阐述了煤炭应急物流的研究背景,提出了煤炭应急物流的含义及特点,在此基础上建立了煤炭应急物流体系。体系的建立,可为改进煤炭应急物流运作的效率和效益提供理论支持。
To study on coal emergency logistics management has important theoretical and practical significance. At present, the research on this field is almost blank. This paper first describes the research background of coal emergency logistics, then puts forward the definition and characteristics of coal emergency logistics, based on the above analysis , it established the coal emergency logistics system. The establishment of the system can provide theoretical support for improving the efficiency and benefit of coal emergency logistics operation.
