中国资本市场发展与发达国家在市场机制、金融结构、市场深度等方面都还存在较大差距。要缩小这一差距,关键是要把中国资本市场放到国家市场上进行比较,重点分析了我国资本市场与发达国家市场区别所在,并提出了建设中国资本市场的主要途径。
