按照现阶段我国公司发展的模式及特点,采用人因工程学的研究理论,针对案例公司现实的作业环境及所出现的问题,提出了优化公司人-机-环境体系的方法及措施,最后对所获得的数据信息进行综合分析,得出了人因工程学在车间作业环境改善能够明显的改善员工的工作效率,并且让员工处于舒适、安全、健康的环境中工作,员工身心健康得到了保证。

According to the patterns and characteristics of company development in our country at present stage, with the study of human factors engineering theory, in view of the case company real working environment and the problems, put forward the optimized methods and measures of company of man - machine - environment system, finally ,make a comprehensive analysis of the obtained data information.It is concluded that the human factors engineering to improve the working environment in the workshop can significantly improve the staffs working efficiency, and let employees in a comfortable, safe and healthy work environment, they got guarantee the physical and mental health.
