摘要
现代工业企业,生产环节多,协作关系复杂,生产连续性强,情况变化快,因此,加强生产调度工作非常重要。文中研究了某变压器的生产车间调度问题,根据企业的实际情况,从理论和实践上解决生产调度问题。文中首先对生产调度、遗传算法的基本概念作了介绍,对该企业车间调度及产品加工工序现状进行分析,然后应用遗传算法,借助MATLAB数学软件辅助求解,找到了使生产流程时间最短的加工工序。文中的研究内容对于类似的企业具有很好的实际应用前景。
The modem industrial enterprise, has lots of production processes, complex cooperative relationship, strong production continuity, quick changes of the situation, therefore, it is very important to strengthen the production scheduling work. This paper studies the production scheduling problem of transformer, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, solves the Production scheduling problem in theory and practice. Firstly, the basic concepts of production scheduling, genetic algorithm are introduced in this paper, the present situation of workshop scheduling and processing procedures of the enterprise are analyzed, then uses the genetic algorithm with the help of MATLAB mathematical software for solving process, find the shortest production order in production process. The content of this paper has a prospective future in the applications to such enterprises.
