摘要
随着经营环境的日益复杂和信息时代的来临,传统的"金字塔"型组织结构在一定程度上已满足不了旅行社求生存和发展的需要,组织结构创新是旅行社今后发展的必然趋势。文中通过分析旅行社组织结构的现状及其存在的问题,旨在探讨突破目前我国旅行社行业发展瓶颈的良方,即解决途径与方法。提出创新型组织结构模式,以帮助旅行社形成长久而有力的竞争优势。
