摘要
"校企一体、工学结合"是目前高职院校培养高端技能型专业人才的重要方法,其可以促进高职院校的持续有序发展还可以解决企业招工难等各种问题,但是在实际的运行过程中并没有达到很好的效果。文中通过博弈模型中的"囚徒困境"简单分析了"校企一体、工学结合"过程中学校和企业两者之间的对立统一关系,并为两者如何迈出"囚徒困境"的状态,构建两者的和谐关系提出相应的对策和建议。

Through the ＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂ of Game Model to analyze the relationship between schools and businesses in the process of ＂school-enterprise integration, combining learning with＂, at the same time for both how to take the ＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂, build harmonious relations of the two put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
