基于TCM法的洪洞大槐树景区游憩价值评估

Evaluation on Recreation Value of Hongdong Locust Tree Scenic spot Based on TCM Method

洪洞大槐树在寻根觅祖旅游资源中具有特殊的地位。明确其经济价值的构成,可以为景区的保护、开发以及科学化管理提供量化依据。通过对问卷调研数据进行分析,运用资源价值评估领域中的TCM法对该景区的游憩价值进行测评。利用游客的费用支出情况建立游憩服务的需求函数,从而求出消费者剩余,进而得出景区游憩价值。结果表明2011年洪洞大槐树景区的总游憩价值为94 185 323.54元。

Hongtong Locust tree has a special position in the progenitor of tourism resources. Defining the composition of it’s economic value is useful for the protection of the scenic spot ,development and scientific management to provide quantitative basis. Through the questionnaire survey data analysis ,this paper used the classic resource value assessment method --- travel cost method to assess the domestic recreational value of 2011 of Hong tong Locust tree scenic spot. The demand function is established by using recreational service expenditures for tourists ,to calculate the consumer surplus ,and then draw the scenic recreational value.Finally ,the recreation value of Hong tong Locust tree scenic spot is 94 185 323.54 yuan .
