摘要 血吸虫病是一种严重危害人类健康、影响社会经济发展的被忽略的热带病。寄生于人体的血吸虫主要有日本血吸虫(Schistosoma japonicum)、曼氏血吸虫(S.mansoni)、埃及血吸虫(S.haematobium)、间插血吸虫(S.intercalatum)和湄公血吸虫(S.mekongi)5种。作为最早发现的一种血吸虫(1852年),人体埃及血吸虫感染与膀胱癌发病密切相关,但相关生物学资料甚少。本文主要综述了埃及血吸虫的发现历程及其形态、生活史和生态。 Schistosomiasis is a neglected tropical disease that severely threatens human health and affects the socioeconomic development. The causative agent that parasitizes in humans mainly involves Schistosoma japonicum,S. mansoni,S. haematobi-um,S. intercalatum and S. mekongi. As the firstly identified schistosome,S. haematobium infection is found to strongly correlate with bladder cancer. This paper mainly reviews the discovery,morphology and life cycle of S. haematobium.
