贵溪市2006—2012年应征入伍青年体格检查调查分析

Physical Examinations for Military Recruiting: A Survey of 2006-2012in Guixi City

目的分析江西省贵溪市2006—2012年应征入伍青年体格检查淘汰率变化趋势,并分析体检中导致淘汰的主要原因。方法采用回顾性的描述性研究方法对2006—2012年贵溪市应征入伍青年体检数量质量报告表进行分析。结果 2006—2012年贵溪市应征入伍青年体格检查共淘汰9 129人,占79.39%(9 129/11 499),且淘汰率呈逐年上升趋势,由2006年的75.61%上升到2012年85.94%。体检项目淘汰率最高的前5项分别为:肝功能异常及乙肝表面抗原阳性1 276人、占11.10%,视力不达标1 145人、占9.96%,高血压1 033人、占8.98%,身高体质量不达标412人、占3.58%,心理健康问题108人、占0.94%,且此5项检查淘汰率均呈逐年上升趋势。结论为提高征兵体检通过率,保证有更多合格兵源输送到部队,提高青年人身体、心理素质是关键。

Objective To evaluate the changing trend in the failure rate in military recruiting physical examinations in Guixi city（2006-2012）,and to analyze the main causes of physical fail-ure.Methods A descriptive retrospective study was conducted to analyze the “Quantitative and Qualitative Report of Military Recruiting Physical Examination Results in Guixi City”（2006-2012）.Results From 2006 to 2012,9 129 （79.39%）of the 11 499 youngsters who underwent physical examinations failed to pass physical examinations.The failure rate increased from 75.61% in 2006 to 85.94% in 2012.The top five physical examination items contributing to failure rate were：abnormal liver function and hepatitis B surface antigen-positive diseases（11.10%, 1 276/11 499）,substandard vision（9.96%,1 145/11 499）,hypertension（8.98%,1 033/11 499）, substandard height and body weight（3.58%,412/11 499）,and psychological health problems （0.94%,108/11 499）.The failure rate caused by these five items showed a rising trend.Conclusion The physical and psychological health should be improved in youngsters for increasing the conscription examination pass rate and ensuring the supply of more qualified manpower.
