某军区国际救援医疗队女军人救援期间生殖道炎症流行病学调查及防治对策

An Epidemiological Investigation of the Incidence of Reproductive Tract Inflammation of Female Military Staff in an International Medical Rescue Team of One Military Area Command during a Resue Mission: Prevention and Treatment Strategies

目的探讨某军区国际救援医疗队女军人救援期间在炎热环境下生殖道炎症发病情况及防治对策。方法对2006—2012年间186名国际救援队女军人(研究组)出国前、救援期间、回国后2周及120名当地妇科查体者(对照组)进行阴道分泌物病原体检测,并给予药物、心理等综合干预措施。结果研究组救援期间生殖道炎症发生率和念珠菌、滴虫、加德纳菌检出率均高于出国前及回国后2周,而支原体、衣原体、淋球菌检出率低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组给予综合干预后疗效满意。结论某军区国际救援医疗队女军人救援期间生殖道炎症发病率较高,积极采取治疗和预防措施可有效保障女军人的战斗力。

Objective To investigate the incidence of reproductive tract inflammation of female military staff from a international medical rescue team of one military area command in hot environment during a rescue mission and prevention and treatment methods. Methods Pathogen detection for vaginal secretions was performed separately in 186 female military staff （observation group） in international medical rescue teams from 2006 to 2012 before the mission, dur- ing the mission and after returning home for two weeks, and 120 local female residents （control group） also underwent the detection. The observation group also received comprehensive intervention treatments such as medicine and psychological interventions. Results The incidence rate of reproductive tract inflammation and the detection rates of candidiasis, trich- omoniasis and gardnerella during the task in observation group were higher than those before going abroad and after retur- ning for two weeks, while the detection rates of mycoplasma, chlamydia and gonococcus were lower in observation group than those in control group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The observation group had satisfactory curative effects after compre- hensive intervention treatments. Conclusion The incidence rate of reproductive tract inflammation of female military staff in international medical rescue teams of one military area command is high, and the combatant capacity of female military staff can be effectively strengthened by effective treatment and preventive measures.
