摘要
分析理工科高职院校人文素质培养的意义及现状,从环境感化、课堂教化、实践内化、机制强化四个方面,对如何进行理工科高职院校人文素质培养进行探讨。
This essay analyzes the significance and current situation of the cultivation of humanistic quality in vocational colleges of science and technology as well as discussing about its implementation in the aspects of environmental influence ,classroom education ,practice internalization and mechanism intensification .
