摘要
阐述高职院校学籍档案的重要地位与作用,分析高职院校学籍档案的特点及存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出加强组织领导、推进规范化管理、开发利用学籍档案资源、推进档案管理信息化建设和加强档案管理队伍建设等五大对策措施。
This essay expounds the significance and function of students＆#39;archives in vocational colleges ,analyzes the features and existing problems of their management ,and presents five relevant measures such as enhancing the or-ganizational leadership , propelling the standardized management , developing and utilizing the archive resources , boosting the informatization construction of the archive management and reinforcing the construction of the archive management team .
