This essay analyzes the current situation of the informatization construction of the archives in vocational colleges as well as existing problems .Besides,it also probes into its promotion in the aspects of the ideological un-derstanding,the management mode,the funds investment,the archival information database,the network-based ar-chives management and the construction of the archives management staff .
