摘要
通过实验的方法研究氢氧化镁悬浮液和二氧化碳反应结晶析出水合碳酸镁的沉淀过程,探讨不同操作条件对最终产品粒度分布特征的影响.研究结果表明:沉淀析出的结晶产物均为三水碳酸镁(MgCO3·3H2O),其晶体粒度分布随着温度的升高和气体分布器孔径的增大而增加,而随着氢氧化镁悬浮液的初始固体含量的增加而减小.氢氧化镁初始粒度在通气流量低时对三水碳酸镁的粒度分布无影响,而在通气流量高时则产生了显著的影响.
The present work focused on the precipitation process of magnesium carbonate in the reaction of magnesium hydroxide suspension and carbon dioxide. The particle size distribution of theprecipitated product was studied under various experimental conditions. The crystal size of the precipitated product,nesquehonite(MgCO3·3H2O),increased with the in-crease of the temperature and the pore diameter of the gas sparger,but decreased by increasing the initial concentration of magnesium hydroxide. The initial particle size of Mg(OH)2 did not affect the particle size of the nesquehonite at a low gas flow rate,while its influence on the crystal size of the product became more significant at a high gas flow rate.
