对现代远程教育管理有效性的思考

Reflections on the Effectiveness of Modern Distance Education Management

现代远程教育是一种与普通高校教育有着很大区别的教育方式,具有开放性、交互性、先进性以及资源共享性等主要特征。在网络信息技术发展的推动下,网络远程教育逐渐成为现代远程教育的主要模式。但是在这种教育模式下的师生之间可交流的时间和平台不是很充足,给教育管理的有效性带来一定影响。本文从教学过程、教学条件、教学管理以及教学效果等方面探讨提高远程教育管理的有效性的措施。

The modern distance education is very different from the college education in common universities with the main features of openness, interaction, advancement and resource sharing. With the development of network informa- tion technology, network distance education has gradually become the main mode of the modern distance education. However, the limited communication time between teachers and students as well as the insufficient platform in this mode of education have some impacts on the effectiveness of education management. How to improve the effectiveness of distance education management will be explored in the paper from the perspectives of teaching process, teaching conditions, teaching management and teaching effect.
