农民专业合作社的出现及发展进一步确立了农民在农产品流通中的主体地位,一定程度上增加了农民的收入,但也暴露出各种问题,解决这些问题的重要路径就是发展农民专业合作社联合社。从农民合作社发展现状入手,剖析其存在的问题,对发展联合社的必要性及培育对策进行了研究。

The emergence and development of farmer cooperatives further establish the dominant position of farmers in agricultural products circulation, increase the income of farmers to a certain extent,but also expose various problems.An important path to solve these problems is to develop specialized farmer cooperatives association.This paper starts from the current situation of farmer cooperatives,analyzes its problems,studies the necessity and coun-termeasure of developing farmer cooperatives association.
