摘要
《今日说法》是中央电视台于1999年推出的一档法制类栏目。《今日说法》通过一个个引人入胜的新闻事件,向人们讲解其中蕴含的法律知识,以讲故事为手段而达到了普法的目的,开创了法制节目的新形式。故事性既是"新闻叙事学"在文章当中的通俗说法,又是基于"叙事学"而延展出来的一门新兴学科。文章以《今日说法》为例,探究法制类电视节目故事性的新闻叙事策略。
＂Legal Report ＂ is a legal program recommended by CCTV in 1999. It explains some law knowledge to us by some interesting newsmakers. It initiates a new style about legal program and beats the target of popularizing law. Narrative is the popular term in this article and it is also known as News Narratology, which is a new discipline based on Narratology. This paper takes ＂Legal Report＂ as an example to study narrative of news in some legal program.
