马克思、恩格斯面对资本主义工业化时期城市的扩张所引发的城乡对立和矛盾的现实,提出了丰富、系统且富有预见性的城乡统筹发展思想。学习并回顾这一思想在中国的创新与发展,对于我们正确认识和处理城乡关系、推动城乡一体化发展,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The Report of the 18th NCCPC asks to accelerate the improvement of the socialist market eco- nomic system, the transformation of economic development, and the urban-rural integration, which shows a modern Marxist view of urban-rural development in China. This article deals with the innovation and development of this Marxist concept, discusses the urban-rural relations in China and clarifies the significance of this Marxist concept.
