摘要
大学生村官计划在实践过程中取得了很大的成效,但也有许多不尽人意之处,主要是由于各界对国家实施大学生村官计划的目的和对大学生村官的职责定位没有深入的了解,这势必制约大学生村官的培养和选拔。
The little village official plan achieves great results in the implementation, but there still leaves much to be desired. The poor knowledge of the positioning and purpose of the project has impaired the training and selection of little village officials.
