摘要
针对车铣复合加工中心结构进行研究,提出主轴调整方法、尾座调整方法、车铣钻单元X/Y轴拖板对Z轴的垂直度、B1轴参考点调整方法、检查校准B1轴分度以及数据补偿方法要领,通过应用能够快捷地恢复设备精度,提高设备利用率。
According to the structure of the milling and turning machining center,this paper puts forward the adjustment methods of turning and milling machining center in terms of main spindle,tailstock,the perpendicularity of the cartridge for X / Y axis of TMD unit( turning,milling and drilling unit) to the Z axis and reference point of B1. The indexing calibration method of B1 axis and the data compensation strategy are also provided. Through the application of these methods and strategies,machine precision could be recovered quickly and the equipment availability ratio can be improved.
