Exploration on Professionalism,Specialization and Expertise of Counselors in Higher Vocational College: Taking Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology as an Example

There are higher requirements for counselors with the rapid development of higher vocational education and new problems it has brought. It is essential for counselors to develop in a direction of professionalism,specialization and expertise,which are related to each other as a whole. Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology,by its own experience,gradually explores the innovating way of counselor＇s development in professionalism,specialization and expertise.
