摘要
对数控机床进行热误差补偿是提升机床加工精度的重要途径之一。文章针对数控机床热误差测量系统存在的缺陷,提出了一种提升测量精度的圆心法,该方法针对位移传感器实际测量的数据进行了误差修正,从而获得准确的测量数据,提升了数控机床热误差测量精度,为数控机床热误差建模及补偿提供了可靠的数据保障。
The thermal error compensation of CNC machine tool is an important way to improve the machining accuracy. For machine defects of thermal error measurement system, it is proposed that the circle method will improve the measurement accuracy, this method is used to measure the actual displacement sensor data with error correction, and accurate measurement data can be obtained to enhance the thermal error measurement accuracy. Thermal error modeling and compensation is provided for reliable machine tool and precise protection.
