摘要
文章以"郭美美事件"为背景,分析了中国红十会公信力的现状,并针对中国红十字会目前存在的问题,提出完善财务信息公开机制,加强内部审计和外部监督等措施,逐步重塑公信力,促进慈善事业健康持续发展。
Based on the ＆quot; Jocie Guo’s incident＆quot;, the paper analyzes the status quo of the credibility of the Red Cross China （RCSC） and points out the problems which it faces now. It puts forward that the Red Cross Society of China should improve its financial disclosure, strengthen its internal audit and external supervision and gradually reestablish its credibility in order to promote the health and sustainable development of charity.
