摘要
引发高校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠因素诸多,其中学科建设因素不容忽视。学科体系建设滞后,教师事业感不足;教学科研受限制,教师自由感缺乏;课程设置调整快,教师安全感下降;课程开设边缘化,教师自豪感丧失;教学过程控制难,教师尊严感降低;教学效果评价难,教师成就感缺乏。高校思想政治理论课学科建设存在的这些问题长期得不到解决,最终导致了思想政治理论教师职业倦怠产生。
There are many factors leading to occupational burnout of teachers engaged in colleges ’ ideological and political theory education, among which the factor of discipline construction can not be ignored. Specifically, the lagging construction of discipline system weakens the teachers ’ career responsibilities; the limitation of teaching and research measurements leads to the lack of teachers ’ freedom;the quickly changing curriculum setting makes teachers feel less secure; the marginalization of the course design causes the loss of teachers’ pride; the difficult control of the teaching process reduces teachers’ sense of dignity; the uneasy evaluation of teaching effect makes teacher lack the sense of achievement. That the long-existing problems in the course construction of colleges ’ ideological and political theory education remain unresolved eventually leads to occupational burnout of teachers engaged in the subject.
