摘要
对2014、2024铝合金挤压棒材分别进行淬火、时效等工艺处理后,采用电子万能试验机及金相显微镜分析比较了2014、2024铝合金挤压棒材的组织和性能。结果表明:2014合金相对于2024合金具有更好的高温强度,当测试温度达到200℃时,合金强度才会明显的降低。
Microstructure and properties of 2014 and 2024 aluminium alloy extruded bars after quenching and aging process are compared by electronic universal testing machine and metallographic microscope. The results show that high temperature strength of 2014 aluminium alloy is better than 2024 aluminium alloy, and alloy strength will decrease obviously when the testing temperature is up to 200 ℃.
