摘要
本文主要阐述离子氮化基本工艺,依据实际生产中积累的经验重点阐述了离子氮化生产中出现白亮层、渗氮层不合格问题的分析及对策,这些经验具有很好的参考价值。
In this article the ion nitriding basic process is expounded. According to the accumulated expe rience in actual production, it is focused on the analysis and countermeasures of unqualified problem about white layer and nitriding layer during ion nitriding, and these experiences have a good reference value.
