桂西南新升本科院校学生就业问题探析——以广西民族师范学院为例

The Job Problems of the Graduates from Newly Established Universities in the Southwest of Guangxi Province and Solving Strategies

桂西南新升本科院校学生面临就业信息滞后,就业渠道相对狭窄,就业成本相对较大,学院学科设置与市场需求存在偏差和学生就业心态不正确等问题。解决学生就业问题的对策包括:积极构建就业信息平台,拓宽就业渠道;加强校企联系,开拓就业市场,降低学生就业成本;加强就业指导队伍建设;结合社会人才需求状况,合理调整学院学科结构和专业设置;提升学生自身素质,加强学生就业心态教育。

Through analyzing the employment features of the new graduates in the southwest of Guangxi, the author finds out problems such as insufficient employment information, narrow channels, high cost, deviation of the courses from the market demand, improper attitudes etcetera and related strategies have been proposed in this paper to provide theoretical reference for the reform directions and effectiveness improvement.
