摘要
目的:比较4种方法处理静脉输液液面过低的效果,为临床选择适合的处理方法提供参考。方法:选择静脉输液时因未及时发现液体输完而造成液面低于莫菲氏滴管的患者800例次,根据液面下降程度随机分成4组,每组200例次,即每组选下降10cm、20cm、30cm、40cm各50例次,分别采用轻弹气泡法、缠绕滴管法、分段折叠输液管法、顺行排气法处理液面过低。结果:液面低于莫菲氏滴管末端约10cm时,适宜选用轻弹气泡法、缠绕滴管法、分段折叠输液管法;液面低于莫菲氏滴管末端约20cm时,适宜选用缠绕滴管法、分段折叠输液管法;液面低于莫菲氏滴管末端约30cm时,适宜选用分段折叠输液管法。结论:轻度液面过低可用轻弹气泡法、缠绕滴管法、分段折叠输液管法解决,中度液面过低可用缠绕滴管法和分段折叠输液管法解决,重度液面过低适合选用分段折叠输液管法解决。
Objective: Comparison of four kinds of methods to deal with the effect of intravenous infusion liquid level is too low, provide reference for clinical choice suitable treatment method. Method: Choosing intravenous fluids caused by failed to timely find liquid lose the liquid level is lower than the murphyg dropper, 800 cases of patients with time, according to the degree of drawdown randomly divided into four groups, 200 cases in each group, each group choose down 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm 50 times each, with a flick bubbles, winding dropper, folded section iv, anterograde exhaust treatment fluid level is too low. End of the liquid level is lower than the murphyg dropper, about 30 cm, appropriate chooses folded section iv method. Conclusion: Mild liquid level is too low available flick bubbles, winding dropper, folded section iv solution, moderate level is too low available winding dropper and folded section iv solution, heavy liquid level is too low for choose folded section iv method to solve.
