军队特需药品制剂新技术需求和发展

Current development and serviceability of pharmaceutical technologies for military medicines

军队特需药品是军队卫勤保障的重要物资资源。针对特种武器损伤及特殊环境引发疾病研发的军队用药,在给药途径、剂型选择、包装包材、产品效期以及使用方式等方面存在与普通治疗药品不同的特殊性。新型制剂技术的研发和应用是满足军队特殊用药需求,提高用药水平的重要手段。自动注射技术、口腔速崩速溶技术和缓控释给药技术等是军队特需药品制剂研究的重要方向。本文通过分析军队用药特殊性对给药技术的要求,综述了新型给药技术在军队特需药中的应用及发展,以期对军队卫勤保障和特需药品的研发起借鉴和指导作用。

The medicines specially developed for military use are important and essential materials for the military health service support. There are some specific requirements for the military medicines which are used for treatment of special weapon injury and harsh environment induced diseases, such as administrative routes, formulations, packages and period of validity. Research and devel- opment of new pharmaceutical technologies have become more and more important for meeting the requirement and improving the ser- viceability of such medicines. Auto-injection, fast-dissolving technology, sustained or controlled release technologies are widely used for the purpose. In this paper, based on the analysis of the specific requirements, the current progress of new pharmaceutical technolo- gies and their application in special military medicines are reviewed.
