Aiming at some of the group company management present situation and prob- lems of accounting information, the paper discusses the collectivization accounting management aspects, the account- ing refinement ,preparing the financial statement management platform, strengthening service function and account- ing information confidential aspects in order to provide an effective way for the management of accounting informa- tion of group company.
