摘要
结合近来媒体所报道出的中石油招标贪腐案以及目前招标领域常见的违规操作现象和不正当竞争方式,对招标活动进行聚焦和剖析,并提出一些建议。
Combined with corruption cases of PetroChina biddings reported by medias and deregulation and unfair competitions,this paper analyzes these phaenomena and raises suggestions.
