生物医药技术创新服务平台是我国生物医药创新体系的重要组成部分,为生物医药自主创新提供技术支持,为激发企业,尤其是中小企业的创新活力发挥重要作用。上海市生物医药产业技术创新服务平台是在政府支持引导下,以市场需求为导向,整合13家新药研发机构成立的平台联盟,旨在促进上海,乃至全国的生物医药研发创新。文章将以此服务平台联盟为例,介绍生物医药技术创新平台的演化、功能及其在生物医药创新领域发挥的作用。

Biomedical innovation service platform is the important part of national innovation system for biomedical industry. It plays the critical role in activating innovation capacity of enterprises, especially small and medium sized enterprises. Here, we introduce the functions and characteristics of the biomedical innovation service platform with Shanghai Biopharma Service Platform as the example.
