对通信管道设计规范内容的解读和建议

Interpretation and suggestion of the communication pipeline design specification

针对通信管道设计规范的部分条文内容,结合市政建设规范的相关规定,从回填材料要求、压实度、机械使用、建设工艺等方面进行对比分析,提出规范中应明确的相关条文内容和不易全面、准确描述的条文内容的处理建议;对规范中存在的一语多解的内容进行解读,并从文字表达、专业知识方面提出具有可操作性的建议;以管道工程建设实例带来的影响,提出管道埋深应细分建设场景的必要性。

Aiming at parts of communication pipeline design specifications, the authors of this paper, combining the munici- pal construction specification, analyzing the relevant provisions of the compaction machinery from the backfill materials such as construction process, suggest that the specification should be clear and the relevant provisions of content should be accu- rate. About the solutions of the norms that exist in more than one language interpretation of the content, and from the words of professional knowledge, suggestions are given. With examples of the impact of pipeline engineering construction, we sug- gest that the construction scene of pipeline burying depth should be subdivided.
