With the development of television broadcasting, talk shows are becoming the favorite programs of many audiences for its humorous character. The key of success of talk shows lies on its hosts. Excellent host can bring the audience a relaxation and emotional catharsis. In this paper the author summarizes the characters of successful domestic and overseas talk show hosts and proposed the strategy to training the hosts of talk show program.
