摘要
"雾霾"一词,已成为当今公众最热门的话题,"雾霾"天气的爆发不仅是天灾,更是人为所造成的影响。雾霾天气的形成除受地形、气象条件影响外,粗放的生产生活方式则是雾霾天气持续发酵的深层次原因。文章从经济和社会两个方面对长沙雾霾形成的原因进行了探讨,以期对治理长沙雾霾有所启发。
Nowadays the word Haze becomes the most popular subject of conversation in public. The outbreak of the hazy weather is more than just natural disaster：it＇ s definitely a man-made misfortune.Besides the influence of landform and meteorological conditions, the traditional extensive production method and life style are the underlying causes for the persistence of the hazy weather.Enlightening people on the control of the haze in Changsha City,the reasons for its formation are probed into in the two aspects of society and economy.
