Dual influence of Chinese traditional culture on modern enterprise management

现代中国企业管理思想很多来源于我国古代,而影响中国将近几千年的传统文化,更对现代企业管理产生了双重的影响,有积极的一面,也有消极的一面。中国传统文化的核心就是儒家思想,当今企业应当从儒家思想中取其精华,弃其糟粕,善于利用其积极因素,避免其消极影响。

Many a modem enterprise management theory in China is originated from ancient China. Chinese traditional culture,which influenced Chinese history for thousands of years, has both positive and negative influence on modem enterprise management.Confu- cianism is the core of Chinese traditional culture.Enterprises should make use of the positive part of Confucianism and avoid the nega- tive part in management.
