经济评价是项目决策科学化的重要手段。经济评价的核心是考察分析工程建设投资项目的经济效益和社会效益。文章对工程建设投资项目经济评价中的财务效益、财务分析、经济费用效益、不确定性分析及国民经济评价进行了分析,并以乌鲁木齐路油气合建站投资项目为实际案例,加以具体剖析,充分体现了理论与实际相结合的原则,因而具有较好的实践指导意义。

The economic evaluation is an important way to make policy scientifically. The core of economic evaluation is to judge its economic and social performance. This paper analyzes its financial efficiency, economic cost efficiency, and uncertainty as well. Taking the Urumqi Road Qil and Gas Station as an example,it analyzes its economic and social performance, which has a good practical guiding significance.
