摘要
分析高职青年教师职业倦怠与专业发展的现状,以及职业倦怠对高职青年教师专业发展的影响。提出通过建立和完善科学的考评制度、开展教师培养和培训计划,提高教师实践技能、改善教师生存条件,促进教师身心发展,以及指导教师进行职业生涯规划等来缓解和消除职业倦怠,从而促进高职青年教师专业发展的策略。
This paper reviews the research status of job burnout and professional development in young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Then, we analyses the influence of job burnout upon professional development. Finally, many solutions are proposed to alleviate and eliminate the job burnout and pro- mote professional development, such as establishing and improving the scientific evaluation system, carrying out the training plan of teachers, improving the practical skills of teachers, improving the teachers' living conditions, promoting the development of teachers' physical and mental and guiding teachers to make job career planning.
