“Angel investment”is a kind of value investment behavior provides venture capital, inspiration, experience and op-erational guidance based on property rights bond with its own funds, experience and contacts. As the key of industrial trans-formation in China, strategic emerging industries need funds support from angel investment in order to develop and grow stronger in initial stage of pioneering. Angel investment is not only the engine of lighting business or the mother of the orig-inal, but also booster from“idea”to“company”. The paper was analyzed creative mining mechanism, innovation circulation mechanism; business incubation mechanism and network overflow mechanism of improving development of emerging indus-tries by angel investment, which showed that only realizing the connection of science and technology resources and angel in-vestors can inject fresh vigor to cultivate and develop emerging industry in our country.
