山西节能环保产业发展对策研究

Countermeasures Study on Development of Energy Conservation and Environment Protection Industry in Shanxi Province

在能源资源紧缺和环境变化已成为经济社会发展面临的重要挑战背景下,山西省节能环保产业应该根据自身的发展现状及特点,结合山西资源优势,走出山西特色的节能环保产业发展之路。笔者先是根据《"十二五"节能环保产业发展规划》对节能环保产业及其子产业进行概述;通过分析山西省节能环保产业的发展现状,发现总结山西省节能环保产业在现阶段发展过程中存在的问题;最后针对这些问题,根据国内外其他一些地区发展较好的产业,结合山西自己特点和优势,提出一些可供山西现阶段节能环保产业发展的建议。

Under ground of the shortage of energy resources and the environment change has become the important chal-lenges facing economic and social development, energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Shanxi province should develop energy conservation and environmental protection with Shanxi features according to their own development present situation and characteristics and combining characteristic of energy conservation and environmental protection industry. The author expounded energy conservation and environmental protection industry and its branch industries according to the“twelfth five-year”development plan; through the analysis of the summary of the development of energy conservation and en-vironmental protection industry in Shanxi province, the paper was found existing problems in the development process of en-ergy conservation and environmental protection industry; finally, aiming at these problems, according to other areas develop better industry both at home and abroad, combined with their own characteristics and advantages, the paper was put forward suggestions for the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Shanxi province.
