我国农民工市民化现状分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures Research on Status of Urbanization of Peasantworker in China

农民工市民化是我国新型城镇化进程中的核心问题,也是我国现代化建设的必然选择。随着我国工业化、城镇化步伐的加快,出现了一系列阻碍农民工市民化进程的问题。在对农民工市民化的基本概念及其前提条件进行界定的基础上,分析了我国农民工市民化进程中面临的困境,并对目前亟待解决的问题进行了探讨,进而在总结吸收专家学者对农民工市民化研究成果的基础上,提出了促进我国农民工市民化进程的政策建议。

Urbanization of peasant-worker is the key problem in the new urbanization process in China, is also an inevitable choice for China＇s modernization construction. Along with our country speeding up the pace of urbanization and industrializa-tion, there were a series of problems of hinder the process of urbanization of rural migrant workers. On the basis of defining the plight of the migrant workers in the process of urbanization in our country and its premise condition of peasant workers＇ citizenization, the paper was analyzed and discussed the current problems. And, based on summarizing absorbing the experts and scholars of citizenization of migrant workers, the paper was put forward the policy suggestions to promote the process of our urbanization of migrant workers.
