摘要
以某110kV变电站全站停电故障为例,利用故障录波图和继电保护定值单结合故障前系统运行方式系统阐述故障分析方法。电力系统故障录波器是评价继电保护动作行为及分析设备故障性质和原因的重要依据,继电保护装置能否充分发挥作用,继电保护整定是否合理,从而达到电网安全运行的最终目的,与电网运行方式密切相关,所以进行电力系统故障分析时首先应从一次系统出发,综合利用故障录波图、保护定值单和各保护装置技术说明书,再去评判保护装置的动作行为,对准确判断故障、迅速恢复送电及排除遗留隐患达事半功倍的效果,保证电力系统安全稳定运行。
Taking a 110 kV substation total station outages for an example, the paper was expounded fault analysis method based on fault oscillograph and relay protection setting value list fault system before the system operating mode. Fault oscillo-graph of power system is important basis of analyzing reasons of equipment failure properties relay protection behavior evalu-ation, and give full play to the role of relay protection device, relay protection setting is reasonable, so as to achieve the ul-timate goal of safety of power grid, which is closely related to the power grid operation mode. So, analyzing the electric power system start from the first system, the comprehensive utilization of the fault wave record figure, single protection set-ting and the protection technology specifications, judging the actions of protection device for accurate judgment fault, quickly restore power and eliminate left hidden trouble for the effect of get twice the result with half the effort, which ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.
