摘要
提出了一种采用可调谐激光吸收光谱法的气体分析仪。通过改变激光器的电流达到改变输出波长,通过扫描检测气体的特征吸收峰进行检测分析。
The authors put forward a gas analyzer with tunable laser absorption spectrometry. By changing current of laser to change the output wavelength, detection analysis through laser scanning tests the characteristic absorption peaks of the gas.
