摘要
在VERICUT软件中构建吹塑模型的虚拟数控加工仿真平台,分析了某吹塑模具的数控加工工艺过程,基于NX8.0后处理器生成专用的NURBS曲面插补数控程序,并且保证VERICUT软件中能够使用,通过在该虚拟数控加工平台中吹塑模具整个加工过程的仿真模拟,验证了NX8.0加工模块后处理器通过NURBS曲面插补生成的VHP800-5AX五轴联动加工中心加工吹塑模型数控程序的正确性,采用专用后置处理器,由于针对具体的数控机床和数控系统,生成的数控程序无需修改,可以直接用于数控机床进行零件的加工,提高了工件表面的加工质量。
Building plastics mould of virtual NC machining simulation platform in VERICUT software, the paper was ana- lyzed the NC machining process of a certain plastics mould. Based on NURBS surface interpolation of NC program of the processor after NX8.0 generated, and ensuring that in VERICUT software to be able to use; through the virtual NC machin- ing platform in the plastics mould in the whole process of simulation, the paper was verified the post-processor NX8.0 pro- cessing module generated by the interpolation of NURBS surface VHP800-SAX five-axis linkage machining center plastics mould the correctness of the numerical control program, using special post processor; due to the specific CNC machine tools and CNC system, no necessary to modify the generated NC program, which can be directly applied to the numerical control machine tool parts processing and improved the machining quality of work piece surface.
