摘要
通过盆栽试验,在二氯喹啉酸胁迫下用不同的微生物制剂处理烟草,研究了根际土壤中微生物群落及酶活性的变化。结果表明,烟草根际土壤受二氯喹啉酸危害的各项指标均下降;根际土壤中真菌、细菌和放线菌的数量,以及脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于受害土壤,但低于健康土壤,复合微生物制剂的效果好于微生物菌剂,其次是生物菌肥,因此,受二氯喹啉酸危害的烟草根际土壤健康质量具有修复作用。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the influences of treating tobacco with various microbial preparations on the microflora and enzyme activity in the rhizospheric soil of tobacco under quinclorac stress. The results showed that all quinclorac - damage indexes of rhizospheric soil of tobacco reduced after applying various microbial preparations. The number of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes, as well as the activity of urease, sucrase and catalase in the treated rhizospheric soil were higher than those in the contaminated soil, but were lower than those in healthy soil. The compound microbial preparation was better than single microbi- al preparation, and they were followed by biological bacterial fertilizer. Thus, the quinclorac - contaminated rhizospheric soil of to- bacco could be remedied by the application of microbial preparation.
